The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Shri K. Venkateswarlu as Whole Time Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person, effective immediately. This move fills the CFO vacancy previously held by Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam, who had been managing the role alongside her duties as Director (Personnel). Venkateswarlu brings 35 years of corporate finance experience, strengthening the company’s financial leadership until a new Whole Time Director (Finance) is appointed or until his retirement on June 30, 2025.
