Aeroflex Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 30-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aeroflex Industries has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year, showcasing a profit of ₹152.09 crore. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.30 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. M/s. D M Jain & Co. will continue as the internal auditor for 2025-2026, while T.F. Khatri & Associates has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. The company is set to enhance production capacity with the introduction of its new product, Metal Bellows.
