KARUR VYSYA BANK has announced significant leadership transitions, promoting Mohan Kumar G to Chief Compliance Officer and Saravanan S to Chief Information Technology Officer as General Managers. Vijayakumar P V will take on the role of Head of Operations starting May 1, 2025. The Bank also issued 18,177 equity shares to employees under the KVB ESOS 2011 scheme. These changes are aimed at enhancing management strength and operational efficiency, positioning the Bank for its ongoing growth strategy.
