Bank of India — Important, 30-04-2025: Updates

Bank of India has transferred ₹329.45 Cr to State Bank of India for the amalgamation of Regional Rural Banks, resulting in a share capital distribution of 50% to the Central Government, 15% to MP State Government, and 35% to Bank of India in Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank. The bank is also set to receive ₹450.46 Cr from Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank and ₹205.89 Cr from Aryavart Bank, reflecting strong returns on its investments.
