Greenhitech Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting during which it approved the allotment of 74,18,237 equity shares to promoters and non-promoters at ₹105 each, and 8,71,000 equity shares to non-promoters upon full subscription. Additionally, 10,37,200 convertible warrants were approved for non-promoters at the same price. The company also acquired 76% shareholding of Tritech Industrial Solutions Private Limited and 100% of Greenkashi Bio Energy Private Limited, both for considerations other than cash.
