Bank of India has transferred ₹329.45 Cr to State Bank of India as part of an amalgamation of Regional Rural Banks. The capital structure of Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank remains stable, with the government and Bank of India holding a combined 100% share capital. The bank anticipates receiving ₹450.46 Cr from Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank and ₹205.89 Cr from Aryavart Bank, which will enhance its financial position.
