Coromandel International Limited — Board Meeting, 30-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Coromandel International has approved its audited financial results, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹2,585.30 crore. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹3 per share, with the record date set for July 17, 2025. The company will invest ₹65 crore into its subsidiary, Coromandel Chemicals, to explore joint venture opportunities in gypsum-based products.
