The company reported Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹109.07 Cr, down 14.86% YoY, but posted a strong EBITDA growth of 86.76% YoY to ₹18.83 Cr with margin expansion of 939 bps. PAT rose 62.21% to ₹6.45 Cr, improving margin by 281 bps. Despite a slight annual revenue decline, FY25 EBITDA increased 13.88% YoY. The company expanded its electric fleet in key cities, launched new L5 passenger e-rickshaws, and formed partnerships to scale mobility and charging solutions, underpinning its focus on long-term growth in the EV segment.
