Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Cuttack Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between its wholly owned subsidiary, Popular Mercantile Private Limited, and itself. All assets and liabilities of Popular Mercantile will be transferred to Shri Bajrang Alliance, and the subsidiary will be dissolved without winding up. No shares will be issued, so the public shareholders’ rights and equity capital remain unaffected. The scheme’s effectiveness is subject to filing certified copies of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies. This consolidation simplifies the corporate structure and streamlines operations without impacting shareholder value.
