Adani Ports has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board re-appointed Mr. Palamadai Sundararajan Jayakumar as Independent Director for a second term, appointed Mr. Ashwin Shah as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and replaced the Internal Auditor with Mr. Amrendra Kumar Sinha. A dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share has been proposed, pending shareholder approval.
