Eternal Limited has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue surged to INR 20,243 Cr, led by strong performance in food delivery, Hyperpure, and Quick commerce. Profit before tax more than doubled to INR 697 Cr. The company expanded its events and movie ticketing footprint by acquiring Orbgen Technologies and Wasteland Entertainment in a combined deal worth INR 2,014 Cr. A major QIP raised INR 8,500 Cr, significantly strengthening the equity base.
