Adani Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Enterprises has announced a board meeting on 1st May that approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit ₹1,00,365 Cr with PAT surging to ₹8,005 Cr, up 2.4x YoY, aided by a ₹3,946 Cr gain from stake reduction in Adani Wilmar. The Board proposed a dividend of ₹1.30/share (130%). Plans are underway to raise up to ₹15,000 Cr via equity or securities in multiple tranches. Management changes include Dr. Omkar Goswami’s reappointment as Independent Director and key auditor appointments. Corporate restructuring and subsidiary mergers continue.
