SIS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SIS Limited has announced a board meeting on May 25, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated FY25 revenue climbed 7.6% YoY to ₹13,189 Cr, with EBITDA rising 3.3% to ₹604 Cr. Q4 saw record quarterly revenue of ₹3,428 Cr (+9.3% YoY) and highest-ever EBITDA at ₹165 Cr (+10.1% YoY). Security Solutions India grew 9.6%, International business 7.7%, and Facility Management surged 12.9%. Net debt/EBITDA improved to 0.71. A ₹307 Cr goodwill impairment hit reported PAT, but operating PAT stayed strong at ₹318 Cr. The SIS-Prosegur JV filed its DRHP, and a ₹15 Cr buyback is underway.
