SIS Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 9.3% YoY to Rs. 3,428 Cr, led by strong performance across Security Solutions India, International, and Facility Management segments. EBITDA rose 10.1% YoY to Rs. 165 Cr with margin improvements. Operating PAT surged 52.9% YoY to Rs. 82.5 Cr. Net Debt to EBITDA improved to 0.71, backed by strong cash flow conversion of 174.8%. New contract wins span Mining, Defence, BFSI, Healthcare, and Railways sectors.
