Sportking India Limited — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sportking India has announced a board meeting on 1st May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Quarterly revenue hit Rs. 628.81 Cr, with annual revenue at Rs. 2524.23 Cr. Profit after tax for the year was Rs. 22.86 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share, totaling Rs. 12.71 Cr, plus 5% on preference shares. M/s R.R & Co. were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY26. Results indicate steady operations and strong cost control.
