SOFCOM Systems Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the appointment of Ms. Tanvi Jay Rupawala as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Rupawala, previously a Non-Executive Independent Director, brings strong leadership, financial expertise, and technical experience in civil engineering and design. The board also appointed Mr. Jagdish Ratilal Rupawala as Chairman. These leadership changes aim to strengthen the company’s strategic and financial management.
