Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited has announced a Scheme of Arrangement transferring all employees of the Madura Fashion & Lifestyle business to Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited. As a result, Mr. Vishak Kumar’s role at ABFRL has ended, and he has moved to the new company as Deputy Managing Director and CEO. Mr. Ashish Dikshit, continuing as MD of ABFRL, has also been appointed MD of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands. This leadership restructuring ensures operational continuity and strategic focus across the group’s fashion and lifestyle businesses.
