EPACK Durable Limited — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

EPACK Durable has announced a board meeting on May 1, 2025, approving key senior management changes: Surbhi Goyal joins as Assistant Vice President - Sourcing & Purchase; Mohammad Lateef Choudhary is promoted to Chief Operating Officer; Girish Mokashi becomes Vice President of R&D for Room Air Conditioners. The board also approved a corporate guarantee of up to Rs. 138 Cr for its wholly-owned subsidiary, EPACK Manufacturing Technologies, to support credit for capex and working capital aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity.
