EPACK Durable has announced a board meeting that approved senior management changes: Surbhi Goyal joins as Assistant Vice President - Sourcing & Purchase, Mohammad Lateef Choudhary is elevated to Chief Operating Officer, and Girish Mokashi is promoted to Vice President of R&D for Room Air Conditioner. The company also authorized a corporate guarantee of up to Rs. 138 Cr for credit facilities taken by its wholly owned subsidiary, EPACK Manufacturing Technologies Pvt Ltd, supporting its manufacturing expansion and working capital. This guarantee will be recorded as a contingent liability.
