5paisa Capital Limited has announced a board meeting on approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹359.57 Cr with a PBT of ₹91.22 Cr and a PAT of ₹68.23 Cr, up from ₹54.44 Cr last year. EPS stood at ₹21.86 for FY25. The Board approved re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Babu Garikipati as Independent Director from September 2025. Plans were set to raise up to ₹250 Cr via secured/unsecured NCDs through private placement. New internal and secretarial auditors were appointed for five years.
