Shaival Reality Limited — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shaival Reality has announced a board meeting on 1st May 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income of Rs 149.01 lakh and net profit of Rs 36.35 lakh for the half-year. It is exiting joint ventures KCL-SRPL and MCC-SRPL by transferring its stake to technology partner Waffle Crete (India) Pvt Ltd. Mr. Shaival Mayur Desai moves from Executive to Non-Executive Director. Committees for audit, nomination, and stakeholder relations were reshaped. An EGM on May 28 will address the new independent director and JV exit.
