EPACK Durable Limited has announced a board meeting approving key senior management changes: Surbhi Goyal joins as Assistant Vice President-Sourcing & Purchase; Mohammad Lateef Choudhary is promoted to Chief Operating Officer from President-Manufacturing and Operations; Girish Mokashi becomes Vice President of R&D (Room Air Conditioner). The company also approved a corporate guarantee up to Rs. 138 Cr for credit facilities of its wholly owned subsidiary, EPACK Manufacturing Technologies Pvt Ltd, to support capex and working capital aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity.
