Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 01-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zee Entertainment has announced a board meeting approving the incorporation of three wholly owned subsidiaries with equity capital of Rs. 1 lakh each. These new entities will focus on media and entertainment, supporting Zee’s strategy to diversify and expand its business. Though yet to start operations, these subsidiaries are expected to boost Zee’s agility and operational efficiency as it strengthens its industry presence.
