Sportking India Limited — Others, 01-05-2025: Corrigendum

Sportking India has announced a board meeting to recommend a final dividend for FY 2024-25. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share, totaling Rs. 12.71 Cr, and 5% on Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares amounting to Rs. 34.16 lakhs. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. A clerical correction was made to clarify the face value of preference shares and the financial year referenced earlier.
