Adani Enterprises has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and proposed a final dividend of ₹1.30 per share for FY25. The Board approved raising up to ₹15,000 Cr via equity or other securities. Consolidated revenue rose slightly to ₹97,895 Cr while profit before tax more than doubled to ₹10,479 Cr, boosted by ₹3,946 Cr from stake sale in Adani Wilmar. Net profit jumped to ₹8,005 Cr. Standalone revenue declined, but profit and net worth improved significantly. Completed QIP raising ₹4,200 Cr and reduced Adani Wilmar stake.
