POWERGRID has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The project investment committee approved ₹212.81 Cr for strengthening transmission at Bhadla/Bikaner, ₹342.69 Cr for Eastern Region Expansion Scheme-43, and ₹408.94 Cr for Scheme-44. These projects, expected to commission within 18 months, focus on boosting power evacuation and transmission capacity in strategic regions, which could drive future revenue growth.
