Newgen Software Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 02-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Newgen Software Technologies has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 2025. Consolidated net profit climbed to ₹315.24 Cr from ₹251.61 Cr a year ago. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50% on Rs. 10 face value), awaiting shareholder nod. PwC continues as Internal Auditor for FY26, while Kundan Agrawal & Associates is set to take on Secretarial Auditor duties for five years, subject to AGM approval. The 33rd AGM will be held via video conferencing.
