Newgen Software Technologies has announced a board meeting on 25th July 2025 for the 33rd AGM. The record date for the proposed final dividend of Rs. 5 per share is set for 18th July 2025. The board approved the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Internal Auditor and appointment of M/s Kundan Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
