The company reported total income of Rs. 15.89 lakh and a net profit of Rs. 4.63 lakh after tax for the quarter ended. For the year, total income was Rs. 49.73 lakh with a net profit of Rs. 1.51 lakh after tax, showing a significant turnaround from losses in the previous year. The company’s equity share capital remains Rs. 32 lakh, with reserves unchanged at Rs. 61.41 lakh. The statutory auditors have given an unqualified opinion.
Separately, Jana Small Finance Bank Limited and Saraswat Co-op Bank have issued public notices for e-auctions of various mortgaged properties due to loan defaults, providing details of reserve prices and auction schedules. Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited has also taken possession of a residential flat for recovery of dues and notified the borrower and public accordingly. These developments highlight ongoing asset recoveries from non-performing loans related to real estate collateral, pertinent for monitoring credit risks and recovery prospects in the sector.
