Aaa Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 02-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AAA Technologies has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited financial results for FY25. Revenue rose to ₹27.03 Cr, with profit after tax increasing to ₹3.51 Cr from ₹3.21 Cr last year. The board proposed a final dividend of 15% for shareholders’ approval. Operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹1.66 Cr despite higher working capital. The company is debt-free, with cash and bank balances climbing to ₹23.15 Cr. It continues to strengthen its IT security services, recently winning a Maharashtra IT award. Auditor and internal audit fees for FY26 were also approved.
