Newgen Software Technologies has announced a board meeting on 25th July 2025 for the 33rd AGM through VC/OAVM. The company approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated net profit of ₹315.24 Cr and standalone net profit of ₹293.27 Cr for the year. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹5 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Internal auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been re-appointed, and M/s Kundan Agrawal & Associates appointed as secretarial auditor for five years.
