Krypton Industries Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the sale of its entire investment in its subsidiary, Krypton Europe S.R.O, in one or more tranches to be completed on or before 31 May 2025. The Share Purchase Agreement was executed on 28 February 2025 with the buyer based in the Czech Republic, who is not related to the company’s promoters. The consideration for the sale is €47,497.50. Krypton Europe did not contribute to the company’s revenue or net worth as of 31 March 2024. This disposal marks a strategic exit from its European subsidiary.
