Raconteur Global Resources Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of key changes. Three directors—Surinder Kumar Kalra, Hina, and Shah Adnan Khan—have been elevated from Additional Directors to Executive (Whole-Time) Directors, with fixed remuneration ranging from INR 2.4 lakh to INR 6 lakh per annum and terms of three years.
