Indian Overseas Bank — Board Meeting, 02-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Overseas Bank has announced a board meeting on May 2, 2025, approving plans to raise up to Rs 4,000 crore equity capital through Follow-on Public Offer, Rights Issue, or Qualified Institutional Placement in FY 2025-26, pending approvals. The bank also plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore via Basel III-compliant Tier II bonds through private placement or public issue, domestically or abroad.
