Deep Industries has announced the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It declared a final dividend of Rs. 3.05 per share (61% on Rs. 5 face value), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, offering an attractive payout to shareholders. Standalone net profit stood at Rs. 37.44 Cr, while consolidated figures showed a net loss mainly due to one-time post-acquisition clean-up costs. The board also re-appointed M/s Manubhai & Shah LLP as internal auditors for FY 2025-26.
