Mr. Lodha is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Law graduate with over 30 years of experience, including a 25-year tenure as President and CFO at Jain Irrigation Systems Limited, where he managed finance, taxation, debt structuring, and credit ratings. Mr. Sachin Mehta has resigned as CFO but will continue as Joint Managing Director. This leadership change strengthens the company’s financial oversight and strategic capabilities.
