InfoBeans Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 02-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

InfoBeans Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved allotment of 86,550 equity shares and proposed a final dividend of Re.1 per share, subject to shareholder approval. It also greenlit the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, InfoBeans CloudTech Ltd, into the parent company. Additionally, M/s Jain Ritesh & Co. was appointed as internal auditor for FY26, and M/s M. Maheshwari & Associates secured a five-year term as secretarial auditor.
