Jindal Saw has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Standalone Q4 revenue declined 11% YoY to Rs 4,450.5 Cr, with EBITDA down 12% at Rs 856.3 Cr and PAT down 10% at Rs 474.2 Cr. FY25 standalone figures show stable revenue at Rs 18,177.7 Cr, 7% EBITDA growth to Rs 3,455.8 Cr, and 16% PAT rise to Rs 1,874.4 Cr. Consolidated Q4 revenue fell 8% to Rs 5,067.5 Cr; EBITDA dropped 23% to Rs 757.1 Cr and PAT plunged 82% to Rs 86.9 Cr. Annual consolidated revenue held steady at Rs 20,947.8 Cr; EBITDA rose 2% to Rs 3,548.2 Cr, while PAT decreased 8% to Rs 1,458 Cr.
Iron & steel pipe sales dipped, pellets sales were mixed, and the standalone order book stands near USD 1.33 billion (23% exports). Debt reduced after Rs 250 Cr loan prepayment. Growth drivers include infrastructure, urbanization, and oil & gas sectors, with cautious optimism on margin stability amid macro and funding challenges.
