UniHealth has allotted 7 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 151 each to promoters Dr. Akshay M. Parmar and Dr. Anurag Shah equally. They paid 25% upfront, raising Rs. 2.64 Cr now, with the remaining Rs. 7.93 Cr due upon conversion within 18 months. Each warrant converts into one equity share, potentially increasing promoter holding and bringing total fund infusion of Rs. 10.57 Cr.
