Marico Limited — Important, 02-05-2025: Updates

Marico has announced a board meeting on May 2, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew steadily to Rs. 10,831 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 1,658 Cr for the year. A final dividend of Rs. 7 per share was approved, totaling Rs. 10.5 per share including the interim dividend. Just Herbs is now a wholly owned subsidiary. The company continues with founder Harsh Mariwala on the board and approved ESOP plan amendments for cashless option exercise, subject to shareholder approval.
