Optiemus Infracom has announced a board meeting on its plan to invest ₹25.2 Cr via a rights issue in its JV Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies (BIGTech). BIGTech, co-owned with Corning International, is building an advanced cover glass plant in Tamil Nadu for mobile and consumer electronics. This move will boost Optiemus’s stake from 70% to full ownership, bolstering its manufacturing strength and tech portfolio—setting the stage for improved operational control and long-term growth potential.
