Kings Infra Ventures Ltd. has announced a major expansion into Andhra Pradesh by acquiring Sriaqua Seafoods, a Vishakhapatnam-based seafood exporter. Operating under Kings Infra’s brand, Sriaqua will continue its existing contracts while performance-based valuation will be finalized over six months. This strategic move taps into Andhra Pradesh’s dominant role in India’s seafood exports, with Visakhapatnam as a key export hub. Kings Infra also plans to launch a UAE distribution unit, led by Sriaqua’s Managing Partner as CEO, aiming to enhance global sales and sustainability. This acquisition strengthens Kings Infra’s integrated seafood business and export capabilities.
