Tejas Networks has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Q4 FY25 revenue rose 1.4x YoY to INR1,907 Cr, with FY25 revenue at INR8,923 Cr (+3.6x YoY). Q4 PAT was a loss of INR72 Cr, while FY25 PAT was INR447 Cr; EBIT stood at INR905 Cr. Q4 profitability was hurt by INR117 Cr in inventory and intangible write-downs. Inventory and receivables reflect BSNL 4G project shipments; net debt was approx INR2,442 Cr.

The company shipped 100,000 BSNL 4G sites and formed a strategic partnership with NEC for global advanced wireless and core solutions. Domestic private business grew well; international revenue rose 18% YoY but is still ~3% of total.

FY26 will see a broader portfolio with 5G Massive MIMO, core software via NEC, advanced optical DWDM, and 10GPON products. Key domestic projects include BSNL, BharatNet, Vodafone Idea, and Rail Kavach, with execution spanning FY26–27; international expansion continues across Americas, EMEA, ANZ, and Southeast Asia.

Management affirmed ongoing R&D spend, competitive pressures, and seven-year BSNL upgrade maintenance, expressing confidence in growth from wireless/wireline demand and international markets, while managing execution risks and evolving the product portfolio.
