PDS Limited — Important, 02-05-2025: Sale or disposal

PDS Limited has sold a portion of its stake in Hong Kong subsidiary Poeticgem International Limited to an unrelated party, reducing its holding to about 99%. Poeticgem, which contributed ₹324.55 Cr (3.1% of consolidated turnover) and ₹7.55 Cr (0.6% of consolidated net worth) last year, is no longer a wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction was executed at arm’s length for approximately ₹9.23 lakh (USD 11,000).
