Candour Techtex Limited has announced a five-year Job Work Agreement with domestic firm RITA International valued at Rs. 90 Cr. The company will manufacture and supply plastic moulded crates with an annual moulding commitment of 1800 MT. Neither the promoters nor group companies have any interest in RITA International, and this is not a related party transaction. This contract represents a significant operational order, supporting steady revenue visibility and capacity utilization for Candour Techtex.
