Mangalam Alloys Limited — Others, 02-05-2025: Shareholders meeting

The board will also regularize Mr. Madhusoodan Hariram Kalla as a non-executive independent director for five years, leveraging his steel manufacturing expertise. Additionally, the company plans to seek approval to increase its borrowing limit from Rs. 200 Cr to Rs. 300 Cr to support operational and growth needs.
