Consolidated revenue in Q4FY25 stood at ₹70.6 Cr, flat QoQ, with normalized EBITDA improving to ₹5.3 Cr and normalized PBT at ₹4.1 Cr, excluding exceptional items of ₹18.3 Cr. Despite a pre-tax loss of ₹14.1 Cr, telecom operations showed flat revenue and cost cuts releasing ₹22 Cr in EBITDA, turning EBITDA margin positive at 4% vs -4% last year. Focus remains on profitable core telecom AI solutions.
