R R Kabel has announced a board meeting on 14 May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending 30 June 2025. For the year ended March 2025, consolidated revenue rose 15.5% YoY to ₹7,618 Cr, led by wires & cables sales of ₹6,689 Cr. The FMEG segment posted a ₹46 Cr loss before tax, while overall consolidated PBT held steady at ₹410.5 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of ₹3.50 per share, adding to the interim ₹2.50 paid earlier. The balance sheet remains robust, with assets of ₹35,169 Cr and cash reserves of ₹216 Cr.
