InfoBeans has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY 2024-25 revenue rose 7% to ₹410 Cr, EBITDA increased 24% to ₹83 Cr, and PAT jumped 69% to ₹38 Cr. Q4 showed 7% revenue growth to ₹107 Cr, with EBITDA up 13% at ₹23 Cr and PAT rising 14% to ₹10 Cr. Growth was driven by strong demand and cost efficiencies. The company also added Opal Perry, ex-EasyJet CTO, as an independent director to strengthen its tech strategy.
