Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Important, 02-05-2025: Sale or disposal

Mahindra & Mahindra is selling its entire stake in Mahindra Racing UK Limited to Tech Mahindra London Limited, a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. MRUK contributed Rs. 124.65 Cr to consolidated revenue and Rs. 25.91 Cr to net worth in FY24. The deal is valued at GBP 1.20 million (approx. Rs. 13.50 Cr) and is aimed at realigning group priorities. The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2025.
